屯馬校園持續關注師生的健康與學習環境,近日舉辦了「班際空氣質素比賽(第一期)」,鼓勵各班級共同關注室內空氣質素,營造更適宜學習的健康環境。比賽通過實時監測教室二氧化碳濃度,提升同學對空氣質素與學習效能關聯的認知。
CTM continuously focuses on the health and learning environment of our teachers and students. Recently, we launched the "Inter-class Air Quality Competition (Phase 1)" to encourage all classes to pay attention to indoor air quality and create a healthier environment suitable for learning. Through real-time monitoring of classroom carbon dioxide concentration, the competition aims to raise students' awareness of the connection between air quality and learning effectiveness.
室內二氧化碳濃度與我們的專注力息息相關!數據顯示:
🔹 1000–1500 ppm:空氣容易讓人感到「悶滯」或「昏昏欲睡」,可能影響注意力與決策能力。
🔹 1500–2500 ppm:頭痛和嗜睡情況更為常見,學習表現明顯下降。
本次比賽各班的整體室內空氣質素指數介於 65–97 之間,反映各班積極改善通風與空氣流通的成果。
Indoor carbon dioxide concentration is closely related to our concentration! Data shows:
🔹 1000–1500 ppm: The air can easily feel "stuffy" or "drowsy," potentially affecting attention and decision-making abilities.
🔹 1500–2500 ppm: Headaches and drowsiness become more common, and learning performance noticeably declines.
The overall indoor air quality index for all classes in this competition ranged between 65–97, reflecting the efforts each class has made to improve ventilation and air circulation.
